On September 14, 2026, the North Attleborough Town Council authorized applications for Massachusetts Clean Water Trust funding for water pollution abatement and drinking water planning, and referred a $1,896,000 PFAS settlement appropriation to the Finance Sub-Committee. These actions will fund upcoming planning for the town’s service line inventory and replacement, as well as subsequent inspection, monitoring, remediation, and source development for local water supply and treatment systems.
